Funded by members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Association (NLMA) through its charity the Physicians’ Legacy Foundation, ten bursaries valued at $1,000 each will be granted annually to students who have demonstrated financial need.
Eligible students may be in any year of the doctor of medicine degree program at Memorial University of Newfoundland, must be from Newfoundland and Labrador and must be members of the NLMA. The recipient must meet the minimum academic requirements for a bursary as defined by the University.
